Company Description:Bristol Group, Inc., a San Francisco-based real estate investment and development firm with over 1.2 billion dollars in assets nationwide. The firm currently has a 7 million square foot commercial real estate portfolio consisting primarily of industrial, office and retail properties located throughout the United States.
Duties & Responsibilities:The analyst will perform discounted cash flow analysis, support acquisitions and asset management efforts, coordinate economic and market research reporting, and assist with project management tasks.
Qualifications:The ideal candidate has experience in the real estate investment field and has strong quantitative, analytical and communications skills. The candidate must be a self-starter, have the ability to work both independently and in a team environment, and has demonstrated a commitment to pursuing a career in the commercial real estate investment industry. A strong proficiency in MS Excel is required; strong experience with ARGUS, PowerPoint and MS Access is preferred.
Degree(s) Required:A Bachelors degree in real estate or land economics is preferred.
Experience Required:The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of analytical experience in the field of real estate investment.
