Position Summary:Are you a highly motivated and dynamic commercial real estate analyst? If so we may be looking for you. You will assist in all aspects of the mortgage/property underwriting/due diligence process within a fast paced, results oriented company environment. You have excellent verbal and written communication skills and have the ability to interact effectively within and across teams.

Essential Functions:- Responsible for creating and maintaining cash flow models.
- Perform property due diligence, which will include preparation of property level cash flow projections, lease review and analysis of outside information sources.
- Perform borrower/sponsor, guarantor and tenant credit analysis
- Analyze credit performance in order to identify potential problems
- Summarize credit analysis and property due diligence findings, including strengths and weaknesses into a formal write-up
- Analyze various economic/market environments
- Provide research support and prepare special studies as needed
- Minimum 3-4 years of commercial real estate financial analysis.
- Strong credit skills. Formal credit training a plus.
- Familiarity with current appraisal and environmental study techniques.
- Proven proficiency with Excel and other MS office components including Power Point; Argus experience required
- BA/BS degree with a concentration in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or Real Estate.
