Position Summary:Are you a senior commercial real estate associate with strong audit skills? In this role you will work independently and on a deal team to perform financial analysis, cash flow modeling and property level due diligence to underwrite commercial real estate loans from start to finish. You are well-organized, have strong attention to detail, and are a problem solver. You have excellent verbal and written communication skills and have the ability to interact effectively within and across teams.

Essential Functions:- Perform rigorous cash flow modeling.
- Undertake detailed due diligence of financials, tenant leases, market and competitive positions, engineering/environmental condition risks, and other pertinent property-level factors.
- Perform borrower/sponsor, guarantor and tenant credit analysis.
- Assist in the preparation and presentation of Investment Committee packages/memorandam.
- Minimum 5-7 years of commercial real estate financial analysis.
- Strong credit skills. Formal credit training a plus.
- Familiarity with current appraisal and environmental study techniques.
- Proven proficiency with Excel and other MS office components including Power Point; Argus experience required.
- BA/BS degree with a concentration in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or Real Estate. MBA preferred.
