Jeff Wilcox

Jeff is an Associate with Newmark Realty Capital, Inc. Newmark is a full service commercial mortgage banking firm that specializes in arranging debt investments primarily through its strong line-up of Life Company correspondent lenders. Jeff joined Newmark in 2007 and is responsible for the origination, underwriting, and placement of debt and equity capital among a wide range of asset classes. Prior to Newmark, Jeff worked as a Project Manager at a private Development Firm where he was responsible for the oversight and management of various commercial development projects throughout the Bay Area. Jeff graduated from UCLA with a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering with an emphasis in Semiconductor Manufacturing.

Ramsey is a Principal at Regency Capital Partners. Regency Capital Partners is a boutique real estate finance firm that specializes in arranging both debt and equity for clients ranging from regional developers and investors to some of the world's largest public and private real estate companies. He is responsible for developing and maintaining the firm's relationships with the lending and investment community in addition to managing the origination, analysis and placement of real estate debt and equity nationwide. Prior to forming Regency, Ramsey served as Vice President in the Capital Markets Unit at Cohen Financial and prior to Cohen he was a financial analyst at Applied Materials in Santa Clara, California. Mr. Daya earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Santa Clara, with Honors.
Nadine Balombin

Nadine Balombin is an Associate at the San Francisco office of Allen,
Matkins, Leck, Gamble & Mallory LLP, where she provides associate-level support to the real estate team. Nadine's practice focuses on all areas of transactional real estate law, including financings, acquisitions and dispositions, and leasing, with a special emphasis on real estate financings, including acquisition financing, construction financing, and refinancing. She also has a background in mergers and acquisitions, debt offerings, and bankruptcies. Nadine received her B.S. from Saint Mary's College of California, and her J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law in 2001. Nadine is admitted to the State Bar of California.

Allison is a real estate investment broker at Alain Pinel Realtors, one of the premier providers of investment
real estate brokerage services. She specializes in the sale
of multi-housing properties in the San Francisco market
as well as other major metropolitan areas throughout the
United States. She joined the firm in 2002 after receiving
a degree in Business Administration and Finance from the
University of San Francisco. In her spare time she enjoys

Dawn is currently an Acquisitions Analyst at INVESCO Real Estate, a pension fund advisory firm specializing in the acquisition and management of direct real estate assets and publicly traded real estate securities. Prior to her joining INVESCO, Dawn was an Investment Analyst at NorthMarq Capital, Inc, a real estate investment bank providing permanent and equity financing for commercial developments. In her two plus years at NorthMarq, Dawn helped originate, underwrite and finance commercial loans for office, retail, mixed-use, and industrial products. She is an active member of the Bay Area Mortgage Association and a Board Member and Treasurer for the Center for Relationship Abuse Awareness. Dawn graduated Cum Laude from the University of San Francisco with a Bachelor's degree in Finance.

Mike Kingsella is a Senior Associate with KPMG LLP's Global Real Estate Practice. Mike provides management consulting related to finance, investment and valuation matters to organizations engaged in commercial real estate investment activities. Mike is primarily focused on providing analytics and valuation opinions regarding commercial real estate debt, securities and associated derivatives, as well as valuations of global commercial real estate business enterprises, funds, investment portfolios and individual properties. Additionally, Mike provides acquisition due diligence services to an array of institutional real estate investors. Mike graduated Cum Laude from Portland State University with a Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning and Real Estate Development.
